Bulk & Block deals: Tata Mutual Fund offloads 0.53% equity in Sonata Software

Tata Mutual Fund sold 15 lakh shares of the company at a weighted average price of Rs 304.08. The deal represents 0.53 percent equity. Sonata Software is a global systems integration and technology partner that provides IT services and solutions, specializing in modernization engineering, cloud transformation, data analytics, and digital transformation. The stock closed at Rs 306.55, higher by 1.8 percent.

AGS Transact Technologies Ltd

New Berry Advisors Ltd sold 21.85 lakh shares of the company at an average price of Rs 6.88, representing a 1.7 percent stake in the company. It provides integrated omni-channel payment solutions, including digital and cash-based solutions, to banks and corporate clients, focusing on ATM and CRM outsourcing, cash management, and digital payment services. The stock closed at Rs 6.88, higher by 4.88 percent.

Block deals

Oneclick Logistics India Ltd

The company witnessed mixed activity. On the buy side, Nileshbhai Kiritbhai Vekariya (0.9 percent) and GRSM Minerals & Metals LLP (0.83 percent) picked up 32,400 and 30,000 shares respectively at around Rs 152 per share. Meanwhile, Hiren Gordhanbhai Paradva, Bhut Akash Rameshbhai, Rameshbhai Shamjibhai Bhut, and Bhut Dhruv Hemantbhai together sold over 1.5 lakh shares, with sale prices ranging from Rs 152.05 to Rs 157.96.

Silly Monks Entertainment Ltd

Aryan Jain purchased 60,000 shares at an average price of Rs 17.88, representing 0.6 percent equity. On the other hand, Ranganatha Sai Korrapati offloaded 2.8 lakh shares at the same price. The latter represented a 2.74 percent stake in Silly Monks.

Univastu India Ltd

In the company, Tirulekha Biosciences Private Limited bought 65,000 shares at Rs 229.49, while Kabra Kailash sold the same quantity at the same price, indicating a clean one-to-one trade.
