GOSI Signs MoU with Jordanian Social Security Corporation

The General Organization for Social Insurance in the Kingdom signed a memorandum of understanding with the Social Security Corporation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to enhance cooperation and expertise exchange in the field of social insurance between the two entities.


The memorandum was signed at the authority’s headquarters in Riyadh by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Authority, Abdulaziz bin Hassan Al-Bouq, and Director General of the Social Security Corporation, Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Tarawneh, in the presence of the Ambassador of Jordan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Haitham Abu Alfoul.
The memorandum stipulates the promotion of joint work and the exchange of expertise and information in legislation and research specific for developing insurance performance between the two entities and exchanging expertise in managing social insurance funds. The memorandum also stipulates the cooperation between the two entities in training human cadres in the insurance field.
