In a move to boost the local economy, the Municipality of Madinah has launched a unique investment opportunity to build and operate a rural lodge on a 12,277-square-meter plot on Al-Aqiq Valley Corniche. The investment contract spans 25 years, with a grace period of up to 30 months. Interested investors are encouraged to review the terms and conditions and submit their bids by July 9th 2024.
